Just like grandma used to make… sort of…

I guess it’s in my genes… I started making brittle a few years ago as gifts for family, friends and clients. That is when I learned that my grandma used to make brittle. My father said brittle was his favorite! I think, in part, to the memories he has being in the kitchen with his mom. I had no idea, but I am so happy to know that brittle is something that I share with her and that I’m keeping that tradition going.
After experimenting around, coming up with a few new varieties and getting raving compliments on my creations, I decided to start my own business. Bōlder Brittle is about unique BOLD flavors, small batch quality and better, healthier ingredients. I believe better quality ingredients make better food. I use non-GMO and Organic ingredients where I can. You will see and taste the difference!!!
BOLD flavors and old fashioned favorites are sure to please any taste bud! Try them all, you will not be disappointed!
Custom orders can be accommodated and all are made fresh to order. Please contact me at bolderbrittle@gmail.com for more information. Currently serving in Colorado ONLY.
Thanks for reading!

  1. We’re in Houston…our kids are in Superior CO and we weren’t able to be together this Christmas. Our CO family sent us your delicious brittle in our holiday package…peanut, maple pecan, and pistachio…the best brittle we’ve ever enjoyed. Thank you for following your family tradition and producing this wonderful treat! Have a happy, healthy 2021.
